Description of treatment
Reflexology uses specific pressure techniques that are applied to the feet and lower legs. The reflex areas on the feet correspond to specific areas of the body & when pressure is applied to these reflex areas it may help the body to heal. This treatment is relaxing & incorporates the use of heat & sound therapy to enhance the healing process.

This type of massage therapy uses a deeper pressure that addresses tension within the soft tissues.
Techniques such as MET (muscle energy) & STR (soft tissue release) can be used within this therapy.
This treatment will cost £55.00 in clinic
Hot stones can be used, this will cost £60.00 in clinic.

This massage will be tailored to an expectant mothers needs by addressing the aches & discomforts that are related to pregnancy.
You can be massaged in the side lying position or a pregnancy massage cushion can be used to aid your comfort.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage can also be used within this massage treatment if you are suffering from water retention.
This treatment will cost £55.00 in clinic.
*Please note that this therapy is only available to expectant mothers who are 12 weeks & plus pregnant.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle massage that encourages the lymphatic system to take up excess fluid within the body. MLD is good for people who suffer with oedema (water retention) which also includes post operative oedema. MLD is good for conditions such as fatigue, arthritis, fibromyalgia and migraine.
This treatment will cost £55.00 per hour in clinic.
Please be aware that a full body treatment will take 1 1/2 hrs

A basic joint assessment will be performed to assess the function of the area that you are experiencing a problem with.
Various techniques that help to reduce soft tissue tension such as MET (muscle energy techniques) STR (soft tissue release) and NMT (neuromuscular techniques) may also be used within this treatment..
Taping techniques can be used to help with areas of pain and discomfort.
This type of massage is useful for people who have specific areas of pain in the body; for example; a painful shoulder. Please be aware that I am currently a student sports therapist.
This treatment will cost £60.00 in clinic.

Massage Therapy in the comfort of your own home!
Please note that Hot Stones Therapy is not included in this service
This treatment will cost £60.00 - £65.00 for local clients (Oswestry surround) & is therefore subject to change dependant upon your treatment choice, time of treatment & mileage.

This massage treatment uses a lighter pressure and is mainly for people who want a more relaxing massage. A head, hand and foot massage is included within this treatment
Relaxing essential oils & hot stones can be used within this treatment upon request but will cost an additional £5.00.
This treatment will cost £55.00 per hour in clinic
Hot stones can be used within this treatment & will cost £60.00 in clinic.
